We help start mental health programs

The first stop in the Odyssey is a 2-week retreat in Oahu, HI. Combat veterans learn how to connect with self and others, reintegrate with friends and family, and how to build a peer support team. Successful veterans can become certified and employable as a Combat Veteran Peer Specialist. 

This is comprehensive, grant funded, 5-year mental health effort involving more than 22 first responder agencies, numerous municipal governments and county administrations, all working together to address law enforcement mental health in the San Luis Valley (Colorado).
