Emotional Support Animals & Psychiatric Service DogS
At Challenger Point, we provide clinical evaluations for individuals seeking documentation for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) or Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD).
These evaluations are professional mental health assessments, not automatic approvals. Each evaluation is conducted ethically and in accordance with clinical standards to determine whether an ESA or PSD is clinically appropriate based on an individual’s mental health needs, daily functioning, and treatment goals.
Documentation is provided only when clinically justified. This service does not involve animal training, placement, or guaranteed approval, and is designed to support mental health treatment — not bypass regulations.
WHAT is ESD VS PSD?

ESD
Emotional Support Animals (ESA)

PSD
Psychiatric Service Dogs (PSD)
