Leadership & Systems Support

Level 4 focuses on systems-level resilience. Rather than supporting one person at a time, this work supports teams, organizations, and leadership structures through consultation, training, and embedded services.

CLIMB is used as a shared framework to help organizations regulate under sustained stress, improve decision-making, and build ethical, human-centered support systems.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program — it is designed in partnership.

Level 4 is appropriate for:

• Agencies and departments

• Military units and veteran organizations

• First responder teams

• Nonprofits and community organizations

• Leadership teams operating in high-stress environments

This level is not intended for individual care and does not replace therapy or coaching. It supports the structures around people, not personal treatment.

Because Level 4 work impacts entire systems, readiness and alignment matter.

Engagement at this level prioritizes:

• Clear roles and expectations

• Ethical boundaries and accountability

• Psychological and operational safety

• Fit between mission, culture, and capacity

Not every organization is ready for this work — and that is respected.

Level 4 may include access to the CLIMB Medical Team and professional services designed to operate in complex, real-world environments.

Support can be delivered through:

• Field or disaster response deployments

• Embedded team support

• Leadership consultation

• Training and capacity-building

• Mission- or retreat-based engagement

All services are customized to meet the operational, cultural, and logistical needs of each organization.
