LEVEL 3:
Immersion through experience.
CLIMB Missions are advanced, real-world experiences designed for individuals and teams who want to deepen their CLIMB practice beyond foundational tools.
These missions are not retreats, workshops, or therapy sessions. They are intentional immersion experiences that apply CLIMB through movement, environment, and guided practice — allowing regulation skills to be tested, strengthened, and integrated in real time.
Participation at this level is optional and offered when individuals feel ready for deeper embodiment.
What Makes a CLIMB Mission Different
CLIMB Missions move beyond concepts and into experience.
Each mission is intentionally designed to include:
Environmental immersion (land, water, elevation, movement)
Advanced regulation strategies grounded in CLIMB
Peer-led guidance and co-regulation
Structured challenge balanced with integration and recovery
Safety-first design with professional oversight
The goal is not intensity for intensity’s sake — it’s expansion with support.
Who They’re For & What “Advanced” Means
Who CLIMB Missions Are For
Level 3 is a good fit for individuals who have built a CLIMB foundation and feel ready to apply it in immersive, real-world environments.
At this level, “advanced” means increased awareness, shared responsibility for self-regulation, and openness to guided challenge through movement and experience.
CLIMB Missions serve veterans, service members, first responders, and civilians, and are offered for individuals, groups, and organizations.
Safety, Readiness & Integrity
CLIMB Missions are designed with care, intention, and boundaries.
Not every experience is right for every person at every time — and that’s respected here. Readiness, safety, and fit are prioritized to protect participants, facilitators, and the integrity of the work.
CLIMB Missions are an invitation, not a requirement.
