We bill through TherapyNotes and ClaimMD clearinghouse for secure, HIPAA-compliant claims submission. Insurance does not apply to Climb Coaching or media-based services.
Private Pay & Clinical Rates
We keep it simple. If you're not using insurance, or you’re working with us through a department partnership, here are our standard rates:

📝 ESA and PSD letters are not sold separately—they are addressed as part of your clinical care if medically appropriate during assessment or treatment planning.
Direct-to-Practice Billing Discount
For departments or individuals not using insurance, our direct-to-practice rate is typically $100/hour, which significantly reduces costs and allows for flexible services not limited by insurance constraints.
This option is ideal for:
Agencies contracting care for their team
Veterans or first responders preferring privacy
Individuals with high deductibles or out-of-network plans
We’ll help you determine if and when health insurance can be billed to offset this cost.
Virtual Appointments Only
All sessions are currently telehealth only.
We offer care via:
Secure video
Phone
HIPAA-compliant messaging (when clinically appropriate)
Flexible options make it easier for traveling professionals, shift workers, and rural clients to access care.
Payment Methods
We accept:
Credit & debit cards
Health Savings Account / Flex Spending Account cards
Zelle or ACH transfers (case-by-case)
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & No-Show Policy
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments you personally booked.
Late cancellation or no-show fee: $40
We typically waive this the first time for emergencies.
After two or more missed appointments, your provider may pause or end care to protect access for others.
Superbills & Documentation
We provide:
Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement
Documentation for ESA/PSD (when clinically appropriate)
FMLA or disability paperwork (for employers, schools, legal use)

Partnerships with Departments, Agencies & Municipalities

Challenger Point Practice offers contracted partnerships with departments seeking a more direct, responsive, and confidential mental health solution for their teams.
Through these partnerships:
We offer flat-rate or hourly agreements based on your budget
Services are confidential; clients use a unique ID (no names shared with the department)
We provide anonymized utilization summaries and a year-end effectiveness report
Integration with peer support teams and clinical supervision is available
Includes access to a 40-hour Peer Support Training compliant with IAFF/IACP standards
This model is proven effective in POST-funded programs throughout Colorado and can be tailored to your region, department size, or specialty unit.
