CLIMB Protocol
A Trauma-Informed, Peer-Led, Body-First Recovery System
For First Responders, Veterans, Medical Professionals, and Trauma-Exposed Communities
What Is CLIMB?
CLIMB is a deployable, trauma-informed protocol that blends somatic reset, functional movement, and peer-led healing to regulate the nervous system and rebuild resilience. It’s not a trend. It’s not a modality. It’s a system—for real people recovering from real trauma in high-stress, disaster-prone environments.
CLIMB = Connect. Leverage. Interrupt. Move. Build.
This is how we reset—before the story, before the therapy, before the collapse.
Who It’s For
-
First responders: Law, Fire, EMS, SAR, Dispatch
-
Tier 1 operators and veterans
-
Trauma-exposed professionals (teachers, hospital staff, educators, military spouses, etc.)
-
Individuals mandated to therapy or seeking functional change
-
Peer teams and agencies seeking a deployable model
-
Mental health and medical professionals ready to lead from the front
-
Couples and families recovering from cumulative stress
Three Tiers of CLIMB
Tier 1 – In the Field
Request the CLIMB Medical Team to support your disaster response. We fall under the "Medical Branch" of the NIMS and can supplement EMS Rehab. We act as consultants, experts in the field, and can leverage decon tents to assist in nervous system resetting in the field. This helps the operators and responders transition from action to rest. Contact us if you would like to discuss Tier 1 services.
Tier 2 – Resort Recovery
Request the CLIMB Medical Team to support your disaster recovery. We leverage local resorts, outside the disaster area to facilitate:
-
Somatic experiencing, group resets, functional trauma triage, animal assisted resets
-
Resilience training, Eye Movement Desensitizing & Reprocessing (EMDR) Disaster Protocol
-
Daily drills, virtual reality integration, full body immersion, grief processing, and creative recovery
-
Insurance-ready structure with documented medical necessity
Using local resources allows us to give back to the communities impacted by disaster. It brings the community together to support our nations heroes. We build bridges for the operators, first responders, and communities. Tier 2 resort recovery is completely voluntary, typically designed to support operators and first responders who can benefit from a few days of resetting before returning to work or home.
Tier 3 – Fixed Facility
Request the CLIMB Medical Team to support your disaster preparedness, response, and recovery at your base, station, facility. We will work with you to establish your own CLIMB Medical Team. We provide expert consultation, including peer specialist certification (80 hour immersive resilience training program), attracting and training local mental health clinicians, advanced nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physicians, and other allied health professionals. We will work with you to bring together all the resources from your community in order to strengthen the community in prep, response, and recovery from disasters. Common resources we help to attract include physical therapists, physical trainers, K9 Handlers, massage therapists, dietitians, coaches, nutritionists, local resorts and attractions, and build your network.
Contact us to discuss how we can help you build your bridges in your community. This is what we do best, build systems of systems.
Built with Integrity. Priced for Sustainability.
CLIMB is currently protected and being actively refined through research, practice, and deployment.
It’s not licensed out. It’s stewarded—carefully and deliberately.
While long-term goals include wider access at little to no cost, we charge consultation fees that currently support:
-
Peer specialist, clinician, and physician time, tech, and travel
-
Grant support for disaster preparedness, response, and recovery expertise
Contact us to discuss how we can help with funding navigation, insurance reimbursement, and disaster support.
There’s a cost to doing this right. We keep it accessible—but we keep it real.
