🌊 SCUBA Screening Addendum

CLIMB Protocol | Sea Master Dive Reset
Medical Risk & Readiness for Breathwork and Dive Training

What This Is

This page explains why SCUBA screening is necessary for CLIMB Protocol participants who opt into the Sea Master Dive Reset at Station Zero in Marathon, FL.

Not everyone will dive—but if you’re planning to breathe underwater, float in deep blue water, or pursue certification—this screening helps make sure you’re safe to do it.

This is an add-on to your medical clearance, not a replacement for your formal SCUBA agency waiver (PADI, NAUI, etc).

What Activities Trigger This Form?

You’ll need to complete this addendum if you’re participating in:

  • Deep breathwork & apnea drills

  • Mask/regulator tolerance and underwater acclimation

  • Open water SCUBA certification training

  • Ocean reset events at depth or under supervision

  • The full Sea Demon Dive Reset module at Station Zero

We’ll never force you underwater. But if you choose the water path, we respect it like life support. Your safety matters.

What We’re Screening For

We’re asking your MD/DO or medical screener to consider whether you’re at risk for:

  • Seizures or panic under pressure

  • Respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD)

  • Cardiac risk

  • Difficulty equalizing ears or sinuses

  • Claustrophobia or PTSD triggers tied to diving

  • Anything that could impair your safety or capacity while underwater

HIPAA and 42 CFR Compliance

This form is private, medical, and never shared beyond the CLIMB clinical and dive safety team. It will not be used for marketing, media, or public-facing storytelling.

⚓ We Don’t Dive Recklessly. We Dive Deliberately.

This isn’t a dive trip. It’s trauma reset through immersion, weightlessness, and breath under pressure.

The Sea Master Dive Reset is voluntary, sacred, and transformational. It requires trust in your body, your team, and your breath.

If you’re called to the water—we’ll get you there safely.
