First Responders
This isn't a wellness program. This is a trauma reset system.
You’ve seen too much. You’ve held the line too long.
And you’re tired of being told to “just talk about it.”
Whether you're fire, EMS, law enforcement, dispatch, corrections, or a medic in the field — CLIMB is designed for you.
Built by responders. Led by peers. Refined in real time.
This isn’t theory. This is recovery with dirt under its nails.
What Is CLIMB?
The CLIMB Protocol is a peer-led, body-first trauma reset system delivered across three tiers:
Tier 1 – Reset Deployment
-
CLIMB Medical Teams deployed to incidents or disaster zones
-
Peer triage, somatic tools, clinician oversight, and MD/DO reachback
-
Reset Tents, decompression rituals, functional nervous system triage
Tier 2 – Recovery & Certification
-
Peer Specialist training via a 14-day Odyssey
-
Integrated recovery experiences at SCURD Stations (Earth, Wind, Fire, Water)
-
Virtual IOP programming launching soon — integrating daily rituals, movement, group support, and trauma-informed reflection
Tier 3 – Embedded Culture
-
Departments embed CLIMB Medical Teams inside their agencies

Built by First Responders. For First Responders.
This entire system was created by a retired firefighter and trauma therapist — someone who’s lived through moral injury, PTSD, suicidal lows, and the hard road back.
CLIMB is not a polished package — it’s an evolving protocol, refined in the field, shaped by peer input, and driven by the people who’ve seen the worst and still show up.
First responders, military, and other trauma-exposed professionals are the backbone of this practice.
And they’re the future leaders of this movement.
