Submit Your Story

Trauma meets storytelling. Resilience meets legacy.

You’ve Lived It. Now Let’s Honor It.

We’re creating something that’s raw, real, and therapeutic — but also grounded in ethics, privacy, and trauma-informed practices.

Whether you're a first responder, veteran, survivor, or someone supporting those on the front lines, we believe your story matters. It can help others find hope — but only if, and when, you're ready.

Your Story. Your Rules.

We follow all relevant ethical standards:

  • ACA, APA, and NASW codes of ethics

  • State and federal laws, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 when applicable

  • Informed consent for all media use

  • Strict confidentiality for clinical and personal information

If you’re currently in treatment, we encourage you to consult your therapist before submitting anything for publication or production. We’re not here to trigger or exploit. We’re here to honor the healing process — at your pace.

What You Can Share:

We welcome contributions from:

  • Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, Dispatch, and Military

  • Medical and mental health professionals

  • Advocates, survivors, family members

  • Anyone impacted by trauma and working toward growth

You can submit:

  • Anonymous stories or scenes (we’ll change names and locations)

  • Voice memos or typed narratives

  • Video clips or artistic representations

  • Requests to be interviewed anonymously or confidentially

Submit Safely:

👉 Use our encrypted submission form

👉 Want to stay anonymous? Just say the word — we’ll make it happen

A Word on Safety and Disclosures:

This isn’t therapy — but we’re clinicians, creatives, and peers who understand trauma and healing.

We will never share your story without your explicit, documented consent.
We’ll walk you through the process, explain how the story might be used, and give you full control over how — or if — it’s released.

We don’t take this lightly. Neither should you.

Why This Matters:

Because your story could change a life.
Because silence shouldn’t be the only option.
Because real healing includes laughter, tears, and legacy.
