Private Pay Options

Not using insurance? No problem. We charge $175/hr.

Most coaching sessions (skills & drills to reset) are 5-15 minutes ($15-45)

Most therapy sessions are 52-60 minutes ($175)

We offer private pay sessions for therapy, coaching, and CLIMB services.

• Sliding scale available in select cases

• Receipts for out-of-network reimbursement upon request

• Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending (FSA) accepted

CLIMB Protocol & Coaching

Resilience Coaching and the CLIMB Protocol are not typically covered by insurance, but may be reimbursed as wellness or trauma support services.

• Receipts provided for HSA/FSA use

• FMLA, STD, and work leave support available when applicable

• Departments may sponsor individuals or groups or have us on retainer - especially for critical incidents and diaster response
