💔 To the First Responders of Texas: We See You.

In the aftermath of catastrophic flooding across Texas—where over 100 lives have been lost, including a summer camp of young girls—the bravery and heartbreak etched into every shift is staggering. To every firefighter, paramedic, dispatcher, police officer, dive team, volunteer medic, and search-and-rescue crew: you didn’t sign up for this kind of grief, but you showed up anyway.
We see your swollen feet, your soaked uniforms, the exhaustion in your bones, and the prayers you whisper before walking into waterlogged chaos.
At Challenger Point Practice, we don’t just talk about mental health—we live in it with you. From one responder to another: you’re not weak for feeling this. You’re human. You’re wired for connection. You deserve to process, to reset, and to come back whole.
🛑 Before You Burn Out
If your sleep is wrecked, your gut feels off, and your fuse is short: you’re not alone.
If you’re carrying the sounds, smells, or screams long after the call: you’re not broken.
If you’re numbing out with silence, sarcasm, or substances: we get it. We’ve been there.
